Hosting Pictures

OK im new to the RSBANDB system of hosting pictures and I Dont understand how to get pictures onto your sig bar. Other than ones made for me.

I tried hosting it by imageshack but it comes out as letters etc - Can someone PLEASE HELP ME SORT THIS OUT.
