Just came on and saw the PM before looking at this... I figured it would be something like that and it wasn't like I had any reason to click it anyway. Thanks Creepy. :P

You should probably make it so that you have to be a steel member of above to PM for the time being.

Just a thought, but thanks for the warning.

No? I think it sounds good... besides:

a) What's a steel member or below gonna need to PM anyone for?
b) It doesn't take long to be a black member.

But anywho Creepy knows best.

Sometimes, new members need help and rather than spamming or posting easy-to-answer questions some just PM a mod. It'd be unfair to prevent them from doing that

Are the email's coming from a spoofed jagex domain?

example@runescape.com
example@jagex.com

If so. I can easily lookup the IP from which the email was sended. It's possible to fake the sender address but the IP remains the same unless the moron is using another SMTP server to send the Emails

I got one from *something*.runescape@gmail.com

Perhaps he's using more than one email addy? Maybe you should make a list of which ones are being used so people can delete them straight away.

Anything coing from RS is illegal and not trustworthy. If you're worried remove contact info, it's not needed anyway.
