If you want powertraining, orges are really good. But if you rae going for profit, I'd go for fire giants.

Hellhounds and dragons are one of the slowest things you could train on, ogres would be the best. The dungeon a bit north of ardougne is almost always empty and you can pick your arrows up there, or you could train at the Combat training camp.

If you are thinking about lesser or werewolves. Choose werewolves, the chances they drop rares like rune med is much higher than lesser, and like he said, you can get arrows.
