Need help with lvl 3 clue.

 Post subject: Need help with lvl 3 clue.

I have clue that says "theres no worthier lord" (nort sure of spelling). I know that it in elf camp, but i dont know how to get in there.. Ive done underground pass, and tried to enter back to ibans temple.. But i cant. It just sais, "temple is on ruins... u cannot enter" What i need to do??
