Whenever someone ask how to make money i always tell them the best way to make 130k in a short time is to pick flax in Seers Village and spin them into bow strings. It may be very boring but it's free money.

Farming - I'm still doing toadflax (level 38) don't know why I'm still doing it at level 70 but whatever... very sexy cash. Plant a cactus at 55 and plant papaya trees at 57 they're very good for free money.

I would say do slayer and a herb run in between.
I found this the best when I still played.

Assuming your skills permit, you really can't go wrong with collecting whether its's flax, ore, wood, fish, etc. As stated above it really is free money. You're bringing money into the economy from nothing. If you're content with some turnover, farming herbs is always a good investment. A couple years ago I bought 1k irit seeds when they were 10gp each. When I farmed them I was making like 20k per plant which is like losing .000124 gp per seed. Free money lol. I recommend supercomposting, magic secateurs, and juju potions if you can for maximum yield. If you have some economic knowledge you can always try your hand at GE flipping. I've done that before, but I don't recommend you try it unless you're 100% confident in what you're doing and how to get out of it without losing a lot if need be.

get slayer up...do slayer tasks and maybe do some yew chopping in between...i did the calculations and it seems you can make over 30m by the time you get 99 woodcutting.its pretty slow though

Mort Myre Fungus is pretty good money. It's about 600k per hour, but it used to be better :S.
