I'm about 3 years behind on RS, here are my stats:
I have like 750k, no weapons.
Where should I train that'll give me good exp+possibly drops? I am P2P.
I'll probably buy a Dragon Scimitar+Armor and fish some sharks for food.

SLAYER!  I get all of my combat xp from Slayer, and the drops add up. Another option is the Cockroach Soldiers in SOPS. |

For speed training your stats, I would suggest Bandits. But other than that I like to train my combat skill by doing slayer tasks. You would be surprised by how much slayer drops add up. |

Like everyone has said slayer is good but bandits for straight xp. |

Going to go ahead and do the Smoking Kills quest so I can get Slayer tasks from Sumona then take off from there, thanks everyone. |

Just personally, for combat, I either do Soul Wars or Pest control, and for money, kingdom management, usually get a couple mil a week. |

I remember doing pest control with some pest control clan my friend was in. He would give me the world numbers that would change constantly. I got quite a lot of experience from it total. Don't even remember the name of the guy or the clan now, wish that was still an option. I tried pest control in one of the "designated worlds" a couple days ago, it was extremely slow and we lost about half the time. |

Lvl 41 flesh crawlers. They are fast xp. They auto-attack you for 5 minutes (you can run north through a few doors and run back to start the auto-attack cycle again). They drop tons of herbs, fire runes, noted iron ore, and nature runes. Trust me, it's a nice place to train. |

I would personally do green dragons since you obviously need some cash  haha, but don't sweat it, you will catch up fast!
