i dont understand the prayer calculator

i dont understand on the prayer calculator where it says stuff like this: Worship Ectofuntus with Dragon Bone Bonemeal... do u like need to do a quest and then bury the bones in a certain spot to do this?

p.s. i hope this is the right forum but im not sure if it is or not

Worship Ectofuntus is the beginning of the Ghosts Ahoy quest.

Not sure about the other..

Also Shades of morton.. stuff like that..

to get the xp from the ectofuntus u dont need to have the quest finished just need to have done priest in peril to access the ectofuntus.
also starting "restless ghost" helps abit if u want to use the bank right there instead of running back to canifis or teleporting to other banks.
