Ok, im doing this quest, and im at the part where I have to kill the baby and its mom, the baby's a sinch, but the mom is so hard!! I keep running out of swordfish, and I only use range (mage short) and melee (drag b-axe, rune pl8, rune legs, rune shield, and drag med)

What level is the best for killing the mom? all my stats are in my sig..

buy some sharks, i found it best to take a few prayer potions, 1 super set, protect from melee or range usage.

also at the door where u place the runes and such where it show a close up.. it tells you what to use when the monster changes color.

range and melee are no good ways to kill the mum. you will have to use fire, earth and air spells on a few transforms, no other attack works.

You gotta use mage, just take 100 deaths, air staff, 100 earths, fire, waters. I killed it pretty easy with that, had 8 pray doses, used 3.

Edit: Oh yeah, I didn't bring range gear, so it's not compulsary.

I would reccomend until you've got your magic and range etc. up to 60.
