Ecto-Tokens?

So I want to do animal magnetism, but Runehq says I'll need 20 ecto-tokens.
I'm kind of confused on how to obtain those?

you have to get bones buckets and pots grind the bones then go worship it or something...

Take 4 bones, 4 empty buckets, 4 empty pots and wear a ghost speak amulet.

Go upstairs to the grinder, and click on the hopper (Fill hopper). It will automatically (or it may ask if you want auto or manual) add a bone to the hopper, grind it, and collect it in a pot four times. One you have the 4 bonemeals, go through the trap door down to the very bottom of the building, where the ectoplasm pool of is. Use your buckets on the ectoplasm to fill all 4 of them. Go back to the top and click on the big ectofuntus pot in the middle, and keep worshiping until all 4 bonemeals have been worshiped. Right click a ghost disciple and choose claim tokens to get 20 tokens (wear your ghost speak amy).

(This is efficient way of training prayer as worshiping a bonemeal gives 4x the exp of what burying the bone would. But it's slower than gilded altar, even though the altar only gives 3.5x the exp.
