Lending/Borrowing Items question?

I feel kinda stupid asking this... lol

I see people like " Lending BGS 100k/Hour.

And I thought, how is the possible. I thought that you can only spend to borrow items from the trade limit, depending on your quest points. (have not really borrowed anything before)

Now how does the whole Lending your items out for money thing work?

Little Confused on that.

well..... if you lend an item and the other person puts 100k you put junk to balance it out

Summoning Scrolls and Unstrung Bows(maple or lower) are commonly used as junk.
