help please

i got a clue at 08 05 south, 15 56 east which turns out to be legonds quest area...is it possable to go though the jungle to get to that spot w/o having or being able to do the legonds quest?

yea =( think, 1500 arrows on hell hounds, then 2 blue dragons and a clue...but wait the clue is legonds quest area lol..oo well thx much for your help
