Help Me

I just need to know what lvls you guys recommend for doing frenimik trials and lost city quest beause I want to do both but I dont think im ready so can you guys just tell me what lvls I need to get before I can do these quests

For lost city, just bring fire bolt runes and hid behind a mushroom to kill the spirit. Not sure what to say about Fremmenik Trials though.

For Fremennik Trial, you can do it easily with 65 CB lvl..
I suggest few energy potions or at least 20 agility so your energy recovers fast..
There lots of walking in it

Thnx for the advice I think im gonna go train my mage...and what do they mean by "You cant take anything" Can someone explain what they mean. Do I need someone to come with me and give me runes once tree spirit appears

No armours and weapons when aboarding the ship..

fremmenik trials was super easy i defeated the spirit and didnt get hit once. the only thing thats hella annoying is all the walking! it takes forever...and also when you do the bit where the guy from the helmet shop asks you to challenge his warriors make sure you take nothing but food because you will have to either drop it and lose it or go all the way back to seers and put it in your bank...i learned the hard way.

I think I did both quests around lvl 60 combat. With lost city you can take runes just not a staff.

tell me when you are doing the lost city and i can help you if u need it. i would train to level 72 combat be4 u go tho (or 60 attk ) that way you can actually use the dragon long when u beat the quest

for fremmy just get at least 60 cbt, and just have food, 43 prayer and prayer pots work for the guy u hafta fight, but the ghost only need liek 1 lobby at most if ur low cbt lvl.
