Best place to train to 80 hits?

To get into where the shadow warriors are you must complete the "legends Quest". Are other wordly beings good to train on?

I used to train on OWB a year ago when RSC was still popular. (I was level 68 back then)

A good place to train is on Black Demons at the Taverly Dungeon (Sorta hard to kill and take some food, but worth the loot and exp).
