Cheapest way of herblore?

What is the cheapest way to level up herblore with respect to amount of gp per experience? Without identifying herbs though (buying grimy, selling clean)...

I'd say buy grimy rannars or clean and make into potions youd make 2k per each one if you got your own second ing.

The cheapest way of herblore is killing chaos druids, selling unwanted herbs and buying the seconds that are hard to collect while collecting vials and common seconds yourself.

Good advice. And take a Macaw too. They make a big difference at the druids.

In the time you take to get your own herbs, you could just runecraft (making about 250k an hour). 250k is enough for about 35k experience with prayer pots... Getting your own herbs for an hour would only get you about 7k max experience. Very slow.

I thought prayer pots would be the cheapest way. Anti-fire at 69 (or whatever level is required).
