Take it to Bob in Lumbridge, Dunstan in Burthorpe, Tindel in Port Khazard or the Squire on the Void Knights outpost and use it on one of them, and they will repair it for a price.

At full degradation (0%/broken), the costs are:
Weapons: 100k
Bodies: 90k
Legs: 80k
Helmets: 60k

Or you can build an armour stand in your Workshop and save some money to repair it, dependent on your smithing level. At level 99 smithing it costs half as much to repair.
