Who wants a reward?

The clue led me to a locked chest in Varrock Chapel, the chest said:
"The Chest Is Locked!"
An Inscription On The Chest Says:
Property Of Clocktwer Monastery

Can someone please tell me what this means?
The person who helps will recieve a reward!

Meaning you have to kill something to get it, its like wene u get a chest, it says a clue of a monster, sometimes its guard dogs, sometimes its pirates, ect... My guess is you have to go kill a monster in the clocktower, im not sure, or kill a monster in the clocktower monastery

go to the monestary south of ardounge and kill a monk and he should drop a key ........and bing theres ur key
