How does a person get a gravestone in the Castlewars Lobby?

I've seen people do it.. they hang around at the bank chest while there's their gravestone (fully blessed) in the middle of the lobby. Anybody know how to do it?

nightshade and/or rockcakes.
Or they just wait for a strange plant/other killing random to kill them.
Either that or poison.
Then they just teleport back and bless their grave.

Nightshades will eventually kill you if you if you eat enough of them. (They do 15 damage when eaten)
