Umm, I cant get a chart?

I checked my bank up and down, no chart...
I go to observatory to get one, but all the professors talk about is planks... why cant a get a chart?

Same happend here with me..
You started the quest (Observatory) and didn't finish it..
I have asked Jagex, and they said the only way to do it is finish the quest..
So too bad, you have to finish the quest..
And also bring your clue when asking him..

The key is in one of the chest, there is a map in RuneHq's guide

Yea, you have to finish the quest to get a chart. When i got my first coordinate clue, same thing happened to me. But that quest isnt all that hard. I think you have to kill a lvl 42 goblin to open up one of the chests though.
