Password Recovery Problem

Today my friend changed his password and recovery questions because his friend said someone found out his password at school. Well, after he set them he logged off for awhile. He logged onto AOL and told me he FORGOT his new password. So, I told him to check his recoverys. Turns out they weren't set properly and they say:

Answer to recovery question 1: _____________
Answer to recovery question 2: _____________
ETC!

So now, he can't fill in his questions answers and he has forgotten his password. How is he supposed to get it back?!

wow hes im quite a pickle...you could try sending a message to jagex with the question of how he should get it back...see if they reply wit some help...otherwise i think hes pretty stuffed...or he could try passwords until he gets it right...tsk tsk...see thats why they always say choose one that no one else will guess but you can still REMEMBER lol

Lol..How would ppl know the answer if they don't see the question..
Some ppl can remember the answer from in order not seeing question like me..

Okay, I'll copy and paste what I wrote in the post above and send it to jagex to see what they have to say about it.

I am sure he will remember it randomly one day...if he doesn't forget what the password is for...

lol what an idiot, that blows. Does he have a high level acct?

i write my passwords and recovery questions down in my little black book, so if i need to recover my current password, ive got all the old ones. Dont bother looking for it, not even my twin brother can figure out where i hid it, and he really knows me well, yet cant figure it out.

hide it, and ask a trustworty person (like a parent, someone who wouldn't steal your password, let alone care about it; someone who doesnt play or intend to play runescape) to try to figure out where you hid it. if they can't find it, youve got yourself a safe hiding spot =)

and dont bother looking for mine, you dont know where i live =P

He needs to go contact to jagex, and ask them to get his password back, and tell them where he is, what stuff he has in his account, what stuff is he wearing, his friend list and stuff...

that's all i can do...

for the rest of you calling his friends idiots, i suggest you stop, cause zer0 needs my info more than yours
