63 mage on hybrid...or on Mage Pure?

I NEED HELP!!!
I have this lvl 19 mage pure with 31 mage and I could either get his mage up...or...I could get my hybrids mage up to 63 with the runes...IM stuck, what should I do?

I am casting fire strike if that helps at all...
dont tell me I already know 31 isnt enough for fire strike, but I hav extra runes and I can get it up enough to use fire strike...thenn get 63 mage
