How do I re-obtain the chart from the observatory quest? I tried talking to the observatory proffessor in the observatory and in his house. And the assistant. I have a sextant and watch.

Well if he doesn't give you another then that means that it's lost in your bank somewhere. I know I used to do that a lot when I would do clues.

Nah I dropped it when I went non members. But I figured it out - to anyone else who had this problem you need to have a co-ordinate clue in your inventory when you talk to him, with sextant and watch also.
