It isnt always the same. And the problem is you never know when he will come. So you've to act quickly since your prayer gets drained fast in the tunnles.

Unless of course, you don't use prayer at barrows.

It's usually considered 'dreaded' if it's Dharok, in which he could easily nail 30s with full life.
