I paid with debit through paypal, which goes through paybycash. Kind of a long chain but I pay for a year at a time and it actually works out to be cheaper per month.
You have to sign up for a paypal account and get your bank account verified, which is done by them depositing two small amounts of money into your account then you telling them what they deposited. You do not have to get fully verified (add a credit card) to pay for rs, but it will take a week or 2 for the money to be transfered if you don't.
