Well I won't say as it is the best way but its what i'd do.

Fish 2k sharks or so and then sell em. Ofcourse if you don't have 76+ fishing this post is useless to you...

Yeah, i'd say if you have 76+ Fishing fish sharks like Jasonmrc said. If you don't you can try marchanting Nature Runes. Buy at 310 each and sell at 320 each.

There is this guide on ORForums, someone posted QFcode in the discussion,
lets you earn +-1.8 million a week by just mining 1 coal a day.
Now, you need atleast 1.35Mil to do that.

Making 6k nats useing Fairy Rings is actually the fastest way I belive, next to abysal nature rune crafting on world 99... You can buy the ess and them make 1k+ nats a day, much faster then the yews or fishing ideas. But if your adamant about not runecrafting, Id say go with yews sence they are currently raiseing in price.

Try your luck at the barrows. Use Fire blasts instead of crumble undead and you should be fine.

Okay, don't craft 6k nature runes. Run double natures with 3k essence

If you don't like that, cut magic logs at Lletya, fish sharks, mine runeite (if you can), get lucky in a clue scroll, or do slayer (it actually gives pretty good cash).
