I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that fenced off area you start in is the south-east Varrock mine.

it's definitively varrock east mine :)

it also looked like Rimmington but it's not exactly the same -> looks more like varrock east mine.

Don't you think it would be pretty obvious if you went to the mine?

Here abouts: (the filled in green sqaures are the squares you go on. You can see those squares on the ground in game. The ones I badly drew are not accurate. The red X is where you start, white X is where you finish.
