they are dropped by the high lvl trolls in the mountain north of burthope.

yea dropped by stick,dad,pee hat,etc, by troll stronghold/death platue/I think trollheim.

I would just Range or use a Halberd on the Troll Generals. That's much easier, I'd prefer Halberding, since you save Arrows and it's great experience.
