What should I bring into the final battle? I'm kindof nervous about that.

I used a quest guide, it told you what was recommended to wear in the fights, and you can exit and bank at anytime, and prayer is not allowed inside, as you have no access to the gods

Its depend of the monster.

For the geletinoth : Initiate legs,Zammy robe top, Air staff, blood runes,addy/rune arrows, magic short bow , Dragon Dagger (s) and fill the rest of sharks

For the others : Same thing but dont bring Range and Melee stuff.

For the one who reduces stats : Get ancient magicks and use ice burst, That will go faster
