ok I am really mad because i have been trying this quest over and over for like 2 months. the worst part is all of the level 50's with d scimitars!
What is a good agility level to have?
I have also heard melee protect is good too.
35 agility
39 prayer
how can I get these up fairly quick?

That's not necessary... There are a couple of people here who can help you. They beated it without prayer.

43 prayer isnt a must but I just like to be on the safe side when it comes to combat

go and do pc use the pest points for prayer and you'll have 43 prayer in no time :wink:

39 prayer is enough if you dont want to get 43. You just need a protection from monkey archers. For the boss, you can pwn him easy without prayer.
