Where do i find the tools for clue finding ie. watch and secant.

when you recieve a corrdinate clue, head to the observatory talk to the professor in the building. then head to the clocktower south of ardougne to get a watch and south east to kazard port to get the sextant. then head back to the observatory to get a map
