I havn't done it in a long time so, On average if you get the approvel rating of 100-99%, how long does it take it to decline? hours? days?

It decreases with 1% each day. So if you have it at 100% and do nothing for week it would be 93%

It depends on what quest you did. But since you want farming seeds I assume you did royal trouble. Normally you can deposit 5m in the coffers. 7.5m if you did royal trouble. They take 10% (with a max of 50k or 75k if you did royal trouble) of it each day.

I never tryed it. Someone told me he paid 100k and wait one day and he got : 3 swordies and 1 tuna ( Or something like that. ) .
