Treasure Trail Clue Help

Umm I dont know if tis is alowed on rsbandb so if it isnt im srry in advance but i got this clue and I cant figure it out and i looked on a help thing and its not on there

"Beckon in Tai Bwo Wannai. Clap befor you talk to me. Equip green dragonhide chaps, a ring of duelling and a mithril medium helm."

So I got the Chaps on (yes they are green), put on my ring of duelling, and put on a mith med helm. I went around beconing then claping in Tai Bwo Wannai and talkt to peeps. Anyone know what person I'm suppost to talk to?

There is also an emote beckon. I think you need to beckon first than clap and than talk to someone?

If you know where Tai Bwo Wannai is, go there. Use the Beckon emote with all that stuff on, and nothing else. (No weapon or shield, nothing but the chaps, helm and ring.) A guy named Uri will appear. Clap before you talk to him, and then talk to him. If it was a harder clue scroll, you might be faced with a double agent that you need to kill. If so, kill him and then do the emotes again.
