I would suggest using Ice and Blood spells on them (Smoke and Shadow are pretty much useless for this.) When you get to the Ket-Zeks (lvl 360) switch to a Mage Shortbow or crystal bow. With Tz-tokjad (lvl-702), fire off several Ice Bursts until he freezes up. From there, run to the "Italy Rock" on the east side for cover.
Use range until he's at half health. When the healers pop up, shoot them and hit them with Ice spells when they're close enough. Blood Burst on Tz-tokjad, run off for cover, and range him to death. Also, make sure to bring lots of prayer potions and a shark or two for the healers and the lower-lvl guys.
