That's what it says when you get teleported to the Evil Bob random... people don't actually say it, it just happens.

People say "No... What? Nooooo!" when they get taken to Evil Bob's island where you have to fish and uncook things for Bob.
And people say "Aaaargh!" when they're taken to the prison by Evil Bob, you have to pop baloon animals to get keys.

Accully it is random. Mine was the opposite of yours hairy. Mine always says No.....What?Noooooo! when I go to the prisen. I think it is random. You either say "Aaargh" or "No....What?Noooooo!". So it is just completely random but it always happens when evil bob appears.
