What on earth is a "Top Of Sceptre"?

'Coz some random moster dropped one, and I have no idea what its for... "/

if you get bottom you can make pharo sceptre

Used with Bottom of sceptre to make a Runed Sceptre.
Runed Sceptre is used with a Strange skull to make a Skull sceptre.

Top of sceptre is dropped by Cataplebons.
Bottom of Sceptre is dropped by Flesh Crawlers
Left Skull part is dropped by Ankou's
Right Skull part is dropped by Minotaurs

If you get all four pieces (I have like 15 of each...), you get a Sceptre, which you teleport you to Barbarian Village 4 or 5 times, then it crumples.
