I'm pretty sure they don't drop it in free world..And have you seen one of them? thatll help some too.

There is no bottom magic robe for f2p.

THe only bottoms that give magic bonuses are:
  • zamorak robe bottom
  • splitbark legs
  • mystic robe bottoms
