u need 58 slayer, and u gotta wear a Witchwood Icon all the time brought from any slayer master and a light source

and on the island its east of the bank exsactly. u just gotta go round all the water and its on the beach

Cabin Fever. do every quest and you will have access to almost every area like me XD

Ugh, that means I have to do Zogre Flesh Eaters, Rum Deal, and the Cabin Fever.
