Question about a Banner im wanting in my sig.

Im wanting to help out my good friend from the band falling up and I want to display a banner of his band. It falls within the sig max size limit, but its a flash banner. Its saposed to play music if you click on a specific area of the banner (the play button) but I dont know if flash banners are allowed or can even work on this site. So if any moderators or trusted players can help, it would be apreciated. (Sorry if I spelt a word or two wrong.)

Also I need the exact size of my existing sig, minus the bar sig and little link button ( this thing -->[•] ) I have there.
