umm no it's not. what you need is the ring of charos (U) then talk to the chief in the torn to change it. you can't really pick the guy just gives you a random name

Yea, you can change it, I changed mine quite a few times till I found 1 I liked. Just take the ring of charos (u) to the Chief and talk to him. Keep changeing it till you get 1 you like.

Of note here. I somehow got a fremmy last name... after I changed my name, I lost it. How do I, or can I, get it back? Any one know?
