Clue Help?

Alrighty, I got this clue with this map, and its not on any of the fan sites guides and I've looked a bijillion time for it on the map but I still can't find out where it is. Help?

answered and locked.. had that one before kronic, took me 30mins to figure it out because no site at the time had it, not even on their forums.
