i personally believe you should get to 40-43 agility from the barbarian outpost course then when you get 40 or whatever head over to the brimhaven course and collect tickets in groups of 100 then trade em for exp

Head for the Barbarian Outpost agility course until you get to level 40, then you can try the Agility Arena. However, I don't recommend it because even at 40, if you get hit by those poison darts (a trap at the arena), you're agility will go down temporaily, stopping you from progressing (the trap needs at least level 40 agility to pass). Try to get 52 and go to the wilderness course. The exp is great there, about 530 xp per trip (dont know exact number) and you can complete the course in about a minute.

ya the wildy course is great i think its closer to 600 exp per trip but i dont know exactly either i just know ug et about 500 exp for finishing the final obstacle if u have completed all the obstacles on the course

I suggest training at the barbarian course then go to the Brimhaven agility course at lvl 46 agility.
