GRR LEGENDS HELP ME !

I really need help on legends what am i doin wrong i cant make the bravery pot i put the snake in the pot and it turns on this

You're following a guide arent you? There's a npc you need to speak to first that will tell you about this potion and how to make it, sadly i did this quest years ago so i can't remember who it is.

its yur herblore it needs to be higher might be becuase u dont have 45 herblore =S
