What's the best way to do this? I'm 59 now and want to get to 62 as soon as possible, so I can start to farm new herbs for my herblorist-friend. Obviously, I could just buy a bunch of pineapple tree seeds and plant them, but that's very expensive, so what do you suggest?

tree seeds i suggest. as expensive as they are.. its the fastest exp..

for your lvl.. plant 4 maples and 4 papayas :P then that should get you at least 60.. i think..

other than that, tears of guthix would help if farming is your lowest lvl.

Krazz speaks the truth. :o

I brought 2.5 mill worth of curry seeds...it'll get me 65-66 farming, very easy exp and as long as you pay farmers...no effort at all.

Tree seeds are the best way to get farming exp because you can go do something else while they grow, so for practical purposes you only need to devote a few minutes to them. Wood trees are better than fruit trees because their gardener payments are easier to cover.

If you don't mind paying some extra attention and would like to get a head start on your job, or make some money if your friend only wants snapdragon, you could grow some sub-snapdragon herbs for exp.

Just remember to always use super compost and you'll be alright. Super compost is made from anything except logs and spines that requires lvl 45+ farming to grow, in case you haven't noticed.

yea about the only fast way to lvl farming is using every farm parth in the game that you can, including veggie, flower, hops, and tree patchs.

if u limit urself to just one or two types of patches ur slowing yourself down considerably.

I always make a run through the mushroom, cactus, belladonna, herb and bush patches. I also plant trees if I can.
