Actually it depends on what you need. Sara brings down opponents prayer and Zammy brings down the opponents magic and Guthix i dunno.

guthix brings down defence n i thought it brought down ur mage, def or prayer

guthix lowers death zammy magic, saradomin is prayer. guthix is pretty good in dueling. zammy in castle war i guess would help. saradomin well it does lower prayer so pretty good in a lot of places

guthix=lowers def
sara=lowers prayer

i chose guthix bcuz i kill people o.O
but if you a pker and fight prayer people and have HIGH mage...go with sara

Sara staff all the way, even if I follow zammy, because sara staff drains prayer which is very good for pking.

If i had to choose i would pick..saradomin staff cause like everyone else said its useful for pking cause it drains prayer

the god staffs are only good if you can charge, cuz 20 damage won't lower prayer much, even if you smite.
