How do I raise defense!

I have been going at it for a week now and I cant figure out how to raise my defense... I have 0XP and I don't know why. Please tell me what to do.

it's the best if you're making a PKer... but if you're making a normal warrior, you should train it to at least 40 if you're f2p and at least 60 if you,re member.

Thats the way you change your style...
But to raise your def level you have to attack "monsters" with it

0xp = 0 lvl, id think ud need 1xp to have lvl 1
