What is the fastest way to get laws (not running or merching) f2p and p2p?
also where can i get a law and air talisment?

P2P: craft 'em, if you have the lvl
F2P: buy if you have cash. If not, try ...well... not many good monsters on f2p but you can try ice warriors

law tally: troll stronghold quest
air tally: ususally any monster tht'll drop tallys

i suggest you to kill ice warriors, moss giants or lvl 45 skeletons. they frequently drop nice runes such as chaos, LAWS, nats, etc.

go with ice warriors... as a bonus ull get a lot of nats chaos and deaths u can sell or use.
