This is really noobish--Barrows_What are "Pinkies"

Just what teh titel says waht are pinkies? Everytimie I see anything about Barrows there is something about"Pinkies" but they dont say what they are. I think they might have something to do with what items you get because on Barrows Drop pics it always list Kills and Pinkies beside the pic of there Barrows reward
