how do you recharge the crystal bow?

Nobody has found out how to recharge the crystal bow or shield so you will just have to buy a new 1 for 900k

I'm almost positive that there is a way, but noone has found out how too. I know this because my friend sent a message to JagEx and the response was something like a clue that they gave him. ill ask him what they actually said to him...

mabye u use bow with the seller and he asks if u wan recharge it

Yes, the elves hint at a way of recharging it, but at the moment there is no was to do so. However, in the future there will be a way.
