What would make a strength pure

Ok im making a strength pure right now.

He should have:

40 att
70+ strength
1 def
31 pray
And a way of making money

Is this right? Im not really sure. Any other suggestions for him?

Try fleching for money, chop willows and flech them till lvl 40, then spend about 600k on willows at 30gp ea. Walla! lvl 70 fleching.

You're not gonna make a dime through combat with that defence level, so I would advise using a non-combat skill.You need a high level for that to work but if you have enough time to go making pures then surely you have enough time to get a few skill levels.
