What reqs do u need to be able to wield it?

I think you need 40 defence,because Jagex told it would be like rune armour

friend of mine said there isn't a requirement and supposedly seen a lvl 3 wearin one, tho i doubt it.

if u can wear rune or higher it's safe to say u can use obsidian gear.
