White armor

What exactly is this? Looked sorta metallic, I met this guy who had white kite, full helm (with red featherthingys on the top), white claws and so on. I'm sure it looks great, so I wanna buy some, maybe =) Where do you get it, what are the stats and price? =) THanks for any help!

It's the armour you can buy after you complete the quest "Wanted!" and kill black knights to increase in white knight ranks, which gives you acess to more types of armour, and i'll move this to questions.
